We want you to be a customer for life. We love what we do and your satisfaction is more important than anything. Your items should fit and you should be able to enjoy them in full.

Fit & Sizing

First off, make sure to look at our size chart! The T-Shirts we sell are the BEST quality, softest tees made, period. But they do run small. So make sure to take a look at our size chart (which is located near where you select your size on every single product we sell).

What if an item ends up not fitting? No problem. Let's get you hooked up with the proper size. What good are m00nshot tees if nobody can enjoy them? Contact us for resolution. Please make sure to let us know what size you need.

Issues with sizing must be reported within 21 days from the delivery date of your order.

Damaged Items or Poor-Quality Printing

While incredibly rare, unfortunately this can happen sometimes. For the fastest resolution, please send us a photo showing the poor quality print or the damaged area of the item.

This covers you for things like receiving a garment with a hole, a tear, a stain, an issue with the print/ink, an off centered print, receiving the wrong design by accident, etc. Basically anything that ends up "wrong" with your order.

We'll replace the items for you and we'll even track down the person in the warehouse who messed it up and take away their lunch hour, their headphones and force them to send you an apology video.😉
