What is your return policy?

Each order is custom and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a free replacement if the defect is reported within 14 days of receiving your order.

What about sizing?

In the event that your item(s) do not fit, please contact us for resolution options.

What shipping service do you use?

Domestic Orders:All items are printed in and shipped from within Canada. Shipping is provided via Canada Post. Tracking numbers are automatically generated and emailed to you as soon as your items are ready to ship.

I just placed my order, how long until it ships?

All items ordered from our website are custom and printed on demand just for you. This process takes a bit longer than traditional "non-custom" products as special attention and processes are required to prepare your items.

During off-peak months orders are processed within 3-5 business days and ready for shipping. During peak seasonal/holiday months, orders are processed within 7-10 business days and ready for shipping.

Once shipped, the average time in transit averages between 3-7 business days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, as well as Paypal (just make sure to fill out your billing and shipping addresses first). Please note, we can only accept one form of payment for each order.

What kind of shirts do you print on?


Our T-Shirts are manufactured by Bella+Canvas brand, featuring 100% airlume ring-spun and combed cotton. There is no better quality cotton on planet earth.

Combed and ring-spun cotton is considered the highest quality cotton which is much more refined than what you would find in a traditional "100% cotton" T-Shirt.

After the cotton fibers have been spun, they're combed to remove any impurities or imperfect strands. The end result is a very, very soft, well made T-Shirt.

I made a mistake in my order, now what?

We allow changes to any order as long as it has not been longer than 24 hours since the time of your purchase. Customers can contact us here to request changes to an order.

I only received part of my order?

Some products on the site will ship from different locations even though you've purchased them in the same order. If you end up in this situation, please refer to the tracking numbers that are sent to you via email.

I have not received my order yet, now what?

If it has been more than 14 days since your order date, and you still have not received your shipment, please contact us.

This is usually caused by a shipping company issue (lost package, delays, etc.) We are always happy to issue a complimentary replacement order should this be the case.
